Career Booster: Refers to the online education and skill development platform offered by Ravik Academy through the Career Booster website or mobile application.
Ravik Academy: Ravik Academy, an initiative by Ravik Foundation(Rvik Foundation), managed by Rakesh Kumar, is the parent organization of Career Booster.
User: Any individual or entity accessing or using Career Booster, including but not limited to students, instructors, organizations, and affiliates.
2. Registration and User Accounts
2.1 Registration
To access certain features of Career Booster, including enrolling in courses, creating courses, participating in discussions, and utilizing our affiliate program, you may need to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account information. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account. Career Booster is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Platform Usage
3.1 Students
As a student, you have the right to access and enroll in courses available on Career Booster. You are expected to comply with all course policies and adhere to the terms of any instructor. Your conduct must align with our Code of Conduct.
3.2 Instructors
Instructors may create and publish courses on Career Booster. By doing so, instructors grant Career Booster a license to host, display, and distribute their content. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their course content and must adhere to our Instructor Guidelines.
3.3 Organizations
Organizations may use Career Booster to provide online education and training for their employees or members. Organizations must comply with these Terms and Conditions, and their designated administrators shall be responsible for managing users and courses within the organization's account.
3.4 Affiliates
Affiliates may promote Career Booster courses and earn commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Affiliate activities must comply with Career Booster's Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
4. Payments and Pricing
Career Booster offers various courses, some of which may require payment. Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. Prices for courses are subject to change at any time. Career Booster does not store or process any credit card information; all payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.
5. Content Ownership
5.1 Students
As a student, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you submit to the platform, such as assignments, discussions, or reviews. However, you grant Career Booster a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display your content.
5.2 Instructors
Instructors retain ownership of their course content. By creating and publishing courses on Career Booster, instructors grant Career Booster a license to host, display, and distribute their content.
5.3 Organizations
Organizations retain ownership of the content they upload to Career Booster for their courses. Career Booster is granted a license to host, display, and distribute the content within the platform.
5.4 Affiliates
Affiliates retain ownership of their promotional materials and content used to promote Career Booster. However, affiliates grant Career Booster the right to use their content for promotional purposes within the platform.
6. Code of Conduct
Career Booster promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Users are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct, which prohibits any form of harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or unethical behavior. Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Termination
